The Wesleyan Financial System Upgrade (WFS) will begin at noon on Thursday, January 7th and be complete by 8 AM Monday, January 11th.  WFS will be unavailable during the upgrade.

Wesfiles, EPortfolio, and HR will be offline for 15 minutes at 6:30 am on Sep 30 for routine maintenance.

On Thursday morning, Aug 20, ITS will be performing brief maintenance that will affect EPortfolio, Wesfiles, and Docfinity between 5:30 and 7:00 am.  Those services will be interrupted within that window, however no one service will be offline for the entire time.

We will be upgrading a component of Service Now on Tues, Aug 18 that will make Service Now – service.wesleyan.edu – unavailable between 6 and 6:30 am.
