Wesfiles, EPortfolio, and HR will be offline for 15 minutes at 6:30 am on Sep 30 for routine maintenance.

ITS has resolved an issue affecting Exchange email from 6-6:45 pm on Monday, 9/28.  Email services have been restored. This may be related to a similar problem that occurred between 4:30 and 6:00 am.  Staff are monitoring the situation closely and researching to determine the root cause.

We have been experiencing intermittent problems with the Cisco phones.   Symptoms include calls taking a few seconds to set up or dropping completely, and phones rebooting.  We are looking into the problem and hope to have it resolved shortly.

ITS is working on a problem that has been affecting EPortfolio and PeopleSoft since 12:30.  We are working on it and will notify the community when there is more information.

Faculty Listings Restored

The faculty listings on all departmental web sites have been restored. If you find any lingering problems, please email smachuga@wesleyan.edu . Thank you for your patience. Steve Machuga Director of Administrative Systems, ITS 860.685.2138  

The faculty listings on departmental web sites are not appearing.  ITS is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.  We will provide an update later this afternoon. Steve Machuga 8/28/2015 12:30 PM

On Thursday morning, Aug 20, ITS will be performing brief maintenance that will affect EPortfolio, Wesfiles, and Docfinity between 5:30 and 7:00 am.  Those services will be interrupted within that window, however no one service will be offline for the entire time.
