ITS is working with our telecommunications vendor on a problem with the voicemail system.  Voicemail is currently not responding and the line will continue to ring.  We will update the community when we know more.

Saturday’s (1/13/2018) PeopleSoft Maintenance is Complete

ITS is actively working on problems with VPN connections.  Once connected, not all services are accessible or performing correctly.  We will keep the community posted as we know more.

The network maintenance scheduled for tomorrow, Jan 6, between 8 and 10 AM will continue as planned.  There may be brief interruption to internet service during this time.  Please refer to Twitter and Facebook for alerts should there be unexpected downtime. There was an unexpected interruption on the network from 6:40-7:55 am. Connectivity has been restored. We are working with our provider on the root cause of the issue.

All network access – wired and wireless – will be interrupted on Sunday morning, 10/22, for approximately 2 hours beginning at 8:00 am.  Interruptions will occur in waves across the campus during this window and may complete ahead of schedule. 6 buildings had their wired connections interrupted after a software problem on their switches this morning: Admission Fisk GLS Astronomy Clark ITS (Exley) Some buildings are already back online.  The rest should be fully restored in 30-45 minutes.
