Portfolio and PeopleSoft HR System require maintenance today at 12:15 PM.  During this time the Portfolio and HR systems will be down, all other systems will remain up.  The maintenance window will be approximately 30 minutes. Please report any concerns to: https://service.wesleyan.edu .

Due to a server hardware failure, the HR PeopleSoft system will require unplanned maintenance today (7/06/2016) at 4:00 PM.  During this time the Portfolio and the HR systems will be down, all other systems will remain up.  The maintenance window will be approximately one hour. Please report any concerns to: https://service.wesleyan.edu .

ITS is investigating and hope to have them up shortly.
 

ITS is working on resolving a problem this morning that appears to be affecting users who use Mac Mail.  Other mail clients may also be affected including Gmail for users who use Gmail to connect to Wesleyan Exchange.  We hope to have resolved soon.

There was a major service interruption from approx 8:45 to 9:30 am this morning, 11/16.  ITS has narrowed down the equipment that caused the failure and is working with the vendor to determine why the system redundancy was also affected.   Services are now back online.
